Our participation will allow Phalcon to be more compatible with other frameworks and vice versa.

Awesome! I imagine that a lot of the early PSRs don't really apply as Phalcon is written in C. I'm guessing y'all are concentrating on PSR-3 and PSR-4?
Yes, we could also use/implement PSR-1 and PSR-2 for our PHP-only projects such as Phalcon DevTools, Incubator and Zephir.
The Universal Autoloader could be also updated from PSR-0 to PSR-4 soon: https://docs.phalcon.io/en/latest/reference/loader.html
