@mingalevme The shipping cost is the same for everyone. We chose a number ($2.00) that will cover postage worldwide.

As for the rest of the swag (jacket, t-shirts, elephants), we are working on that but it is not a huge priority. We want to find a store that would be easy for us to send stuff. It will come but a bit later on :)

@derekang T-shirts are more difficult since we don't know each person's site beforehand so we cannot order them in bulk so as to introduce a small source of income for the project.
I am on the lookout however to find something that we can all use without having to spend tons of money for each item.
