Unable to download Phalcon for windows..!?

Hi, I am unable to download phalcon for windows from url https://phalcon.io/en/download/windows. !?
It says page not found..! the link given below. https://static.phalcon.io/files/phalcon_x64_VC11_php5.5.0_1.3.1.zip Is the site under maintenance.

i faced the same problem today.. may be the cdn endpoint id down or not configured. quickly download it from https://phalcon.io/files/phalcon_x64_VC11_php5.5.0_1.3.1.zip (remove static subdomain)

the above link directly hits the origin.

You can always pick the files up from github
