Hi. How I can set "layouts" dir outside "views" dir, if can't - why? And one more q.: How I can add views dir, not setViewsDir?

if by add a views dir you mean secondary location, then it is not possible out of the box, please see Jodator's answer (it's better than mine) to the following question on SO https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17087693/phalcon-backup-view-path/ It should also answer your layouts dir question.
