How I can rename the file 'config.php' a 'settings' without Phalcon-dev-tools stop working?
You mean in your live app? Dev-tools will generate config file during project creation (either .php or .ini flavour). Do you use Web tools perhaps?
I want a config.local.php for use with Phalcon-dev-tools
I have a different configuration structure established by the Phalcon-dev-tools.
