Phalcon Project Cloning

I have clone my ubuntu 14.04 machine having phalcon project to another machine having same OS Ubuntu 14.04 with all the configurations but my phalcon project is not working on the cloned machine and giving following error:

The connection was reset

Need Help

check error / nginx logs, there is seg fault. Its best to re-compile extensions and not copy/paste them accoss machines
