Register DI service in INVO

In beginngers project INVO, I found it registers DI service by initDispatcher, initUrl... methods. However I can't find this approach in the tutorial https://docs.phalcon.io/en/latest/reference/di.html#, Is this a new way to register the DI service ?

No, this is just custom invo stuff, i think it's like this in some other phalcon repositories too.
