A year ago I start a project in windows with Phalcon PHP and oracle. Today I need to do a fresh install and I cannot find phalcon 2.x, I'm looking for this because I have read that oracle is not supported in the latest versions.

i think zephir works in windows these days. install zephir, git clone cphalcon checkout the 2.x branch you want and compile it yourself
2.0.x series latest release v2.0.13 is available at: https://github.com/phalcon/cphalcon/releases?after=v3.0.0
I'm just not sure where to find DLL's for Window$.... but anyway running Oracle on windows = not a good idea at first place.
