Install Forum

Is the phalconphp forum free to use? I found it in github but when I install it on my localhost windows it does not work

composer install?

Only clone https://github.com/phalcon/forum And I put it in htdocs of my xampp

You need to do composer install. Just follow instructions in readme.md
