Phalcon + PHP 7.2 (7.3) support?

Hi there,

does anybody know if Phalcon is compatible with PHP 7.2 (7.3) thread safe (ZTS) Version? Can't build it with that version.

havent test it yet, tests are passing

// for 3.3.x version, which you have to compile yourself, i think Serghei will release an alpha/beta of it someday soon
