Installation on Windows - XAMPP - PHP 7.3.0 VC15 TS X86

Hello guys! I have installed XAMPP on my Windows machine.

Installer: xampp-win32-7.3.0-0-VC15-installer.exe

It comes with PHP 7.3.0 Compiler MSVC15 (Visual C++ 2017) Architecture x86 PHP Extension Build API20180731,TS,VC15

Which version of Phalcon must I download?! This: https://github.com/phalcon/cphalcon/releases/download/v4.0.0-alpha1/phalcon_x86_vc15_php7.2_4.0.0-2281.zip don't work :-(

i would suggest using wamp first of all

check your windows system type 32/64
