Do an updated Benchmark for 2014+

Hello, the current benchmark is kinda old - dates back to 2012. https://docs.phalcon.io/en/latest/reference/benchmark.html

Can we pelase have: 1) an updated benchmark for 2014+ 2) Take into consideration the following frameworks: latest SlimPHP, Symfony 2.5, Silex 1.2 (whichever is latest), Laravel 4, Zend Framework and CakePHP
