How to put a joomla inside phalcon?

I'd tried put a joomla inside Phalcon, but any url of Joomla can't access. I think Phalcon's router block all url. How to config router and controller to acees Joomla?

You have to place it inside public and it will be available in https://my.dev/Joomla
