As of a few days ago, the Github issue tracker on the cphalcon repo was available. But now it appears to be missing...there's no way to access it, and all links to issues are 404.
Exposing the issue tracker in Github is a settings checkbox. Is it possible this was disabled by accident? I can't think why it would be disabled on purpose on an big open source project like this....
