Before use Dev Tools fix constants on row 63 and 65 in this file: ~phalcon2/cphalcon/vendor/phalcon/devtools/scripts/Phalcon/Builder/Controller.php
Correction: DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR instead DIRECTORY_SEPERATOR.
It would be good to fix this problem in the stable version of the tool.
