Can you give little more info? What you mean with reporting library? What reports you want to design?
I want to make simple reports for printing invoices, reports, lists, and reports are that libraries are used MPDF or FPDF but not if you have a compatible with Phalcon
You can use every library you want in phalcon. Every large/popular library should have no problems to be integrated anywhere.
Use wkhtmltopdf with https://github.com/mikehaertl/phpwkhtmltopdf
You could create service like Pdf with some default options or methods etc.
